How bookings work

Take reservations for services when the Bookings module is enabled on your store.

Who is this for?

Service businesses (salons, rentals, appointments) whose store has Bookings enabled.

Bookings must be enabled by OESCOM platform administrators under platform modules. Merchants can view module status in Settings → Platform modules.

You define services, resources, and availability. Customers book on the storefront. You manage reservations from Bookings in the control panel.

Open Bookings
If the module is enabled, Bookings appears in the control panel.

Create services and resources
Add what customers book and who or what delivers it.

Set availability
Define when bookings can be made.

Review settings
Adjust reservation settings, then place a test booking on the storefront.
