OESCOM Connect overview
Today, Connect covers outbound signed webhooks for store credit and gift card events. A broader messaging hub is not available yet.
Who is this for?
Technical merchants who need event notifications in another system.
How it works
Stores can enable outbound webhooks (URL + signing secret) for events such as store credit granted/used/released and gift card issued/redeemed. There is not yet a full merchant Apps marketplace or WhatsApp administration inside OESCOM.
Using the feature
Webhook configuration is stored in store integration settings. If you do not see a dedicated Integrations screen, contact Support — do not send unsigned webhook URLs.
Platform administration for OESCOM Connect is still listed as coming soon. This article describes only what exists today.
