Who is this for?

Merchants selling at a counter, market, or pop-up.

POS is included on plans that enable it. Open POS in the control panel to run the register, process returns/exchanges, and view shift reports.

Confirm POS is on your plan
Open Billing. If POS is not included, the POS area will not be available to sell from.

Open POS
Start a shift, add products to the cart, and take payment according to the methods you configured.

Invite teammates when your plan includes staff seats. The store owner is not counted as staff.
