Account security

Protect the owner account with a strong password, MFA, and session control.

Who is this for?

Every user who can sign in to the control panel.

Open Security / Profile
Go to Settings → Security (and Profile for name and password).

Change your password
Use a unique password. You can also start from Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

Turn on MFA
Enroll TOTP (authenticator app) when prompted. Keep backup access somewhere safe.

Review sessions
Sign out unused sessions if the security screen lists them.

Invite teammates when your plan includes staff seats. The store owner is not counted as staff.
