Your first order

How a customer order appears in OESCOM and what you should do after checkout succeeds.

Who is this for?

Merchants who have published a storefront and want to confirm checkout works.

When a customer completes checkout, OESCOM creates an order, records payment status, and notifies you according to your notification settings.

Place a test purchase
Use your storefront with a test payment mode (Stripe test keys or PayPal sandbox) when you are still configuring.

Open Sales → Orders
Find the order, confirm payment status, and open the detail page.

Fulfill the order
Pack the goods, add a tracking number if you ship, or mark pickup/delivery as appropriate.
